Mix 2 parts powder to 3 parts warm water. To determine the correct amount, see the guidelines below. Feed 4 to 6 times a day.  Gradually decrease both the quantity of milk formula and number of feedings per day as weaning approaches.

• Add powder to warm water (approximately 100°F or 37.7°C).
• Blend until powder is evenly mixed.
• Place in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours to fully reconstitute.
• Mixing directions based on volume, not weight measurements.
• Store any leftover formula in refrigerator and feed within 24 hours.

Feeding Guidelines: Feed 1 - 1 ½ teaspoons per one ounce bodyweight daily, divided into 4 to 6 feedings.
