US Shipping

Standard Shipping - Henry’s offers affordable, flat rate standard shipping on all US orders, including US territories and APO boxes. Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays not included) and will get perishable items to you in good condition. Most standard orders ship with the US Postal Service - if you want to guarantee a different shipping carrier, you must select Expedited Shipping.

Free Standard Shipping - Henry’s offers free Standard Shipping for domestic US orders (includes territories and APO boxes) over $100. Excludes shipping estimate: if Standard Shipping is not listed as $0 during checkout, your order value is not high enough. As with paid Standard Shipping, it is a 3-5 business day (weekends and holidays not included) and will get perishable items to you in good condition.

Expedited Shipping - When you need your items faster, choose this 2-3 business day service (weekends and holidays not included). Expedited orders usually ship with either UPS or FedEx. Not available for PO boxes.

Next Day and Overnight Shipping - For quickest service, Henry’s offers a variety of next day and overnight services. All shipping rates are displayed during checkout and based on estimates created by the carriers.

  • UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day (weekends and holidays not included) to most US address. Not available for PO boxes
  • FedEx Priority Overnight - 1 business day service (weekends and holidays not included) that delivers the next day. Not available for PO boxes.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Saturday Delivery - 1 business day (Saturdays included). FedEx offers their Saturday Delivery service for most US addresses. It includes an additional charge and costs more than the standard FedEx Priority Overnight. Not available for PO boxes.

International Shipping

Shipments to Canada

  • Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) - 7-30 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Starting at USD $28.95 (duties and taxes included).
  • Expedited DDP (Delivered Duties Paid)- 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Starting at USD $38.95 (duties and taxes included).

Shipments to Other Counties

  • All shipping rates are calculated in checkout based on shipping carrier estimates and do not include pre-paid duties and taxes. International customers are entirely responsible for the import duties and taxes applied to their order. If you receive the bill for import duties and taxes and no longer want to accept the order, please be aware that perishable items are non-refundable and we cannot guarantee a full refund on international orders.

Returns & Refunds

US Orders

We 100% guarantee the quality of our products when shipped within the United States. If there is a considerable delay due to the shipping carrier or the product is received in poor condition, we will send out a replacement address as soon as possible. Any return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of the package’s arrival.

Damaged, defective, delayed, or missing items: Any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items or a missing package must be reported within 7 days of delivery or notification of delivery. If you have received an email notifying you of your package's delivery but cannot find it, please contact us within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement.

Perishable Items: All food items and treats are perishable and cannot be returned. If you notice an issue with a perishable item when it arrives, please contact us immediately after your order has been delivered. Any issue with perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Squirrel Doesn’t Like the Blocks?: If you have followed the instructions in the Healthy Diet for Squirrels and Picky Eaters handouts and your squirrel still is not interested in the Blocks you bought, email us at contact@henryspets.com and we will send samples of our other flavors to help find one your squirrel prefers.

Returns: Unused, unopened non-perishable items may be returned for a refund within the first 30 days. Just sign into your account, click on My Account, click the Return an Item link, and then click the Return Item(s) button. If you do not have an account, contact us via (540) 745-3334 or contact@henryspets.com for assistance. Please provide your order number to expedite the process. Once we receive the items, your purchase price (minus the shipping) will be refunded.

Note: All book sales are final; books are non-returnable. If a book arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us and we will happily exchange it for a new one.

International Orders

Due to the variability in international shipping times, we cannot guarantee the delivery of products in a timely manner by the shipping carrier. 

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, fees, taxes, or other charges that may be due upon receipt of your package. These charges are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, we may refund the cost of any nonperishable items in good condition, minus shipping charges. Perishable items will not be refunded.
