Economy Shipping - Henry’s offers flat-rate Economy Shipping (3-5 day business days; weekends and holidays not included). Economy Shipping will still get perishable items to you in good condition.
Expedited Shipping – NO TUBS. For faster delivery choose this 2-3 business day service.
Express Shipping - NO TUBS. For faster delivery (1-2 days) Henry’s offers Express Shipping.

If you select Expedited or Express shipping for an order that contains tubs, your order will ship by the fastest option available for the shipping cost that you paid, which may include USPS Ground, USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS 3 Day.
International Shipping
We are sorry that due to the chaotic situation caused by constantly changing tariffs and trade wars between countries, we have suspended all international shipping.
We 100% guarantee the quality of our products. Henry's Blocks are baked fresh daily, securely sealed with oxygen absorbers, and shipped directly from our bakery to your door. The blocks are perfectly safe shipping at ambient temperatures year-round and should remain in good condition for up to 7 days. If there is a considerable delay due to the shipping carrier or the product is received in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details at contact@henryspets.com .
Damaged, defective, delayed, or missing items: If you have any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items or a missing package, please contact us via email within 7 days ( contact@henryspets.com ).
Perishable Items: Blocks and treats are perishable and can't be returned. If you have questions or issues with these products, please contact us immediately.
Squirrel Doesn’t Like the Blocks?: If you have followed the instructions in the Healthy Diet for Squirrels and Picky Eaters handouts and your squirrel still is not interested in the blocks you bought, email us at contact@henryspets.com or call us at 540-745-3334 for help.
Unused, unopened non-perishable items may be returned in their original condition for a refund (less shipping) within the first 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
To start a return, sign into your account, click on My Account, see the list of your orders, click on the three orange dots next to your order, and click Request Return. Once we receive the items, your purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded.
If we approve a return but the item(s) is not sent back within 30 days, we will cancel the return and the item will no longer be available to return for a refund.
Any items that arrive returned damaged will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100%, depending on the amount of damage.
Note: All book sales are final; books are non-returnable. If a book arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us and we will happily exchange it for a new one.
