Henry’s Blocks are the only supplements tailored for a squirrel’s nutritional needs. Made exclusively with 100% human-grade ingredients, they provide daily calcium, protein, and over two dozen other vitamins and minerals that squirrels need to stay healthy. We use ground nuts to flavor the Blocks naturally and never use preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or fillers.
All Henry’s flavors contain the same vitamin and mineral blend, so you can be confident you are providing the essential nutrients squirrels need.
Henry’s Blocks are baked fresh daily and must be placed in the freezer as soon as they arrive at your home since they are perishable. Once frozen, Henry’s Blocks will stay flavorful for about 3 months. After that point, they may slowly become bland and also have a greater risk of freezer burn.
Blocks are baked fresh daily and shipped directly from our bakery to your home. Henry’s Blocks are shipped without ice packs (the white packets in every bag are oxygen absorbers, not ice packs) or added insulation and are safe in transit for 7 days.
Henry’s Blocks and Stix treats must be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery. They are perishable and must be kept frozen to stay fresh and tasty for your squirrel. Be careful to reseal the bag tightly after opening it to avoid air getting into the bag and potentially causing freezer burn.
Because Henry’s only uses natural ingredients that are not bleached or dyed, the color of each batch of blocks naturally varies.
Henry’s Blocks are baked fresh daily and always shipped fresh - never frozen! It is normal for them to arrive at room temperature or warmer, especially during the summer months. All Blocks are securely sealed and packed with oxygen absorbers to ensure they are safe in transit for 7 days. As long as you put the blocks in the freezer before day 8, they will be perfectly fine. If your package was in transit for longer than 7 days or was damaged by the carrier, please contact us with your name and order number via contact@henryspets.com or our contact form to share an image.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please email us at contact@henryspets.com or fill out our contact form within 48 hours of your package arriving with your name, order number, and pictures of the moldy items. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for moldy orders without photos of the moldy items or if you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Most customers receive their orders within 7 days of placing their order. If you have ordered a food item and your package has not been delivered within 7 business days, please email us at contact@henryspets.com or fill out this contact form.
Blocks are never shipped frozen, with ice, or with insulation. All food items are shipped fresh and are safe in transit for 7 days. We’ve been shipping across the United States and internationally for over a decade and are confident in our shipping methods.
All US orders (including US Territory or APO/AFO address) over $100 come with free Standard Shipping! Our regular Standard Shipping starts at just $4.95 for small packages, and Expedited Shipping starts at $9.95. All Next Day/Overnight orders receive tailored fees depending on the location.
Please take photos of the damaged items and shipping package and submit them through our contact form or send them over to contact@henryspets.com as soon as possible, along with your name and order number. If you are missing an item or have the wrong item, please also include the details of what item you ordered. Any issues with damaged or missing items must be reported to Henry’s within 48 hours of delivery.

We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses with Standard Shipping. Expedited orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS and are undeliverable to PO boxes.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund you. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We cannot edit orders to add or exchange items, so if you need to change your order, you must cancel your original order and place a new one. Please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you! Orders that have shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
