Catac Foster Feeding Accessories

This pack contains 3 nipples made from natural latex rubber. The Small Catac Nipples only fit the Standard Feeding Bottles. 

Note: Catac nipples will only fit Catac’s Foster Feeding Bottles, they cannot be used on syringes.

The smaller nipples are made with a longer tip so that the length can be trimmed from the end to suit the animal being cared for. The nipples do not have pre-made holes, allowing the foster carer to choose the flow which suits the animal best.

Catac Recommendations

• Newborns / young animals: heat a small needle, pierce the head of the teat, allowing the needle to cool down before withdrawing.
• Older animals / for greater flow: Use the same advice using a larger needle or trim the head of the teat with scissors.
• When trimming, always be careful not to remove too much at a time.

The medium-sized nipples have a large, rounded end. The nipples do not have a pre-made hole, allowing the foster carer to choose the flow which suits the animal best.

Catac’s natural latex valve is designed to help you manage holding the animal and bottle feed at the same time. Because Catac’s bottles are designed with an open, “filler end”, they need to be held upright to prevent spills. The valve helpfully fits securely over the filler end to alleviate the risk of spills. The bottle valve also helps regulate the flow of milk while feeding by pressing the valve up and down as required. 

The bottle valves are sold separately from the Foster Feeding Kits.
