Mixing and Storage Guidelines: Mix 1 part powder to 2 parts warm water. To determine the correct amount, see the guidelines below. Continue feeding until weaning, gradually decrease both the quantity of milk formula and number of feedings per day as weaning approaches. Mixing directions are based on volume measurements, not weight.
