US Shipping

All shipping rates are flat rate, regardless of the size of your order.

Economy Shipping $7.99 - Henry’s offers Economy Shipping on all US orders, including US territories and APO boxes. Economy Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays not included). Blocks are safe in transit for up to 7 days, and Economy Shipping is quick enough to get blocks to you in good condition. If they arrive late, please contact us ASAP. Most orders ship with the US Postal Service - if you want to guarantee a different shipping carrier, please put a note on your order

Expedited Shipping $10.99 - When you need your items faster, choose this 2-3 business day service (weekends and holidays not included). Expedited orders usually ship via USPS Priority Mail. Not available for PO boxes.

Express Shipping $36.99 - For quickest service, Henry’s offers Express Shipping. Express Shipping will be overnight for some customers, but may take 2 days, especially if you are in a rural delivery area.

International Shipping

We are sorry that due to the chaotic situation caused by constantly changing tariffs between countries, we have suspended all international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

US Orders

We 100% guarantee the quality of our products when shipped within the United States. Henry's Blocks are baked fresh daily, securely sealed with oxygen absorbers, and shipped directly from our bakery to your door. The Blocks are perfectly safe shipping at room temperature and remain in good condition for 7 days. If there is a considerable delay due to the shipping carrier or the product is received in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible with you order details. Any return or refund requests for eligible (non-perishable) items must be made within 30 days of the package’s arrival (see below for details of eligible items). Henry's cannot assume any responsibility for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered to the customer.

Damaged, defective, delayed, or missing items: Any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items or a missing package must be reported within 7 days of delivery or notification of delivery. If you have received an email notifying you of your package's delivery but cannot find it, please contact us within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement.

Perishable Items: All food items and treats are perishable and cannot be returned. If you notice an issue with a perishable item when it arrives, please contact us immediately after your order has been delivered. Any issue with perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Delivered to Wrong Address: If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact us ASAP to resolve the issue. 

Squirrel Doesn’t Like the Blocks?: If you have followed the instructions in the Healthy Diet for Squirrels and Picky Eaters handouts and your squirrel still is not interested in the blocks you bought, email us at contact@henryspets.com or call us at 540-745-3334 for help.

Returns: Unused, unopened non-perishable items may be returned in their original condition for a refund within the first 30 days. All returns of undamaged goods weighing less than 15 lbs are subject to a $7.95 return shipping fee. If you wish to return an item or an order weighing 15 lbs or more, you will be responsible for the full return shipping costs.

NOTE: Henry's House cages are subject to a 100% return shipping charge.

Return Process

To request a return, sign into your account, click on My Account, see the list of your orders, and click Request Return. If you are having trouble, contact us via (540) 745-3334 or contact@henryspets.com for assistance. Please provide your order number to expedite the process. Once we receive the items, your purchase price (minus the outbound shipping) will be refunded.

If we approve a return but the item(s) is not sent back within 30 days, we will cancel the return and the item will no longer be available to return for a refund.

Any items that arrive returned damaged will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100%, depending on the amount of damage.

Note: All book sales are final; books are non-returnable. If a book arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us and we will happily exchange it for a new one.
