Description
Fox Valley Kitten Formula is made exclusively from human-grade ingredients. Fortified with zinc and biotin for strong nails and a shiny coat, Fox Valley Kitten Formula is calcium/phosphorus balanced for strong teeth and bones. This premium-quality kitten formula is more digestible and has a better taste than most other milk replacers and contains extra taurine, which is essential for feline cardiovascular function and the central nervous system.
Recommended for growing kittens, pregnant and lactating mothers, large litters, show cats, and old or convalescent cats needing a little extra nutrition.

Mixing and Storage Guidelines
Mix 1 part powder to 2 parts warm water and feed 4 to 6 times a day. To determine the correct amount, see the guidelines below. When kittens are 3 to 4 weeks old, mix kitten food with the formula to make a thin gruel. Wean kittens away from formula when they are around 6 weeks old.
- Add powder to warm water (approximately 100°F or 37.7°C).
- Blend until powder is evenly mixed.
- Place in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours to fully reconstitute.
- Mixing directions are based on volume, not weight measurements.
- Store any leftover formula in the refrigerator and feed within 24 hours.
Unused formula powder should be stored in a cool, dry place, preferably the refrigerator, and is good until the expiration date printed on the label.
Feeding Guidelines: Feed 2 to 3 teaspoons per 4 ounces bodyweight daily, divided into 4 to 6 feedings. Feed formula in a bowl when kittens are able to lap.
Nutritional supplement for cats: Recommended for lactating queens and convalescing or underweight cats. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of powdered formula into the cat’s food per day.

Started using this after researching other formula after KMR made my bottle fed kitten so constipated I had to take her to the vet 3 times at 2 weeks old! I've been using this for a month now, and I had no more constipation issues after starting this. In fact she had been nothing but fat,happy, and playful kitten since! And it smells like a vanilla milkshake, mixes easily and dissolves completely! We are weaning now...but if I ever need kitten formula again this will be my go to!!

This Day One kitten formula is high quality. It measures without visible lumps and mixes pretty effortlessly into a kitten formula that doesn’t clog even the tiny holes of the Miracle nipples. I see very little loose stool in healthy kittens, unlike several of the formulas sold in the large chain pet stores.

Glad I took a chance and ordered it I will always keep a bag around in case I have little babies from outside to help or take care of. This doesn't clump and clog the nipple which is a huge deal when you're not used to taking care of little ones in an emergency situation.
