Mix 1 part powder to 2 parts warm water. To determine the correct feeding amount, see the guidelines below. Continue feeding until weaning, gradually decrease both the quantity of milk formula and number of feedings per day as weaning approaches.

• Add powder to warm water (approximately 100°F or 37.7°C). 
• Blend until powder is evenly dispersed. 
• Place in refrigerator for approximately 8 hours to fully reconstitute.  
• Mixing directions are based on volume, not weight measurements.
• Store any leftover formula in refrigerator and feed within 24 hours.

Unused formula powder should be stored in a cool, dry place, preferably the refrigerator, and is good until the expiration date printed on the label.

Feeding Guidelines: Feed 1 ½ - 2 teaspoons per 1 ounce of bodyweight daily, divided into 3 to 5 feedings. For oral use only. These feeding directions are guidelines. Feeding rates may be increased or decreased according to the individual needs of the neonate.
