Wild Mammal Babies - The First 48 Hours and Beyond is the definitive rehabilitation manual written by rehabbers, for rehabbers. This updated Fourth Edition includes new information on medications, vaccines, and Parvo treatment.
Written by Irene Ruth and Debbie Gode, MPA, CVT, Wild Mammal Babies contains everything you need to know when caring for orphaned mammals - especially those vital first 48 hours. The result of years spent researching and collecting material from hundreds of wildlife experts and veterinarians, Ruth and Gode include all the information they wish they had known when they first started rehabilitating wildlife.
Whether you are an experienced rehabber or just want to learn more about rehabilitating animals, Wild Mammal Babies contains a wealth of useful information.
Note: All book sales are final; books are non-returnable. If a book arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us and we will happily exchange it for a new one.
We updated to this new version. This book is a staple in our library.
I love this book. It has helped me so much.
Love it, I'm a licensed rehabber
Lots of info
I’ve been taking care of various hurt little animals for 40 years now to give an example a squirrel got hit in the street by a car and shattered it rear leg. I took it to the vet. I got its leg fixed. It had to put a stainless steel pin in its leg until it healed and then I turned him loose to be free. It cost me $2000 for that squirrel. God loves everything he created.
It hasn't arrived and the tracking doesn't tell me where my order is.
We are extremely sorry your package was delayed due to the severe winter weather currently affecting the Northeast! Please contact us directly, and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue.
