    So so

It was good while it lasted . Unfortunately it broke only after a few weeks and now she’s caused more damage to the almost healed area. It’s insanely hard to get this on as well .

Works and fits (once you can get it on)

I bought the smallest size for my one-year-old mouse. I could not get it on her on my own, but I went to the vet and had the vet assist me with getting the cone on. He agreed that one person probably could not get it on alone. However, it has now been on for four days and, while my mouse hates wearing it, it is preventing her from clawing at her face, which is the whole point. She can eat and drink with it. Walking is awkward. She also cannot fit in all of her old hideaways so I had to buy her different houses with taller doors. All in all though, I think we should be able to take it off once her wound heals.

    Fits adult mouse

This fits my little pet mouse great, he just really hates wearing it. I can’t have him wear it all the time because he can’t really pick up food and eat it when the cone is on, but I put it on him for a little while a day to let his skin get a break. He has a stubborn addictive scratching problem.

    Not for guinea pigs

I bought the large size (and a size smaller just in case) and they are way to small for my little guinea pig. Even if they did she would still be able to reach the surgical site on her back leg.

    This worked great!

I got a couple of these because I always end up with squirrel babies who are “suckers”. I thought I’d try this. It works great!
