Lixit Glass Water Bottle 16 oz

I can buy this item for half the price on Amazon or from other Pet Sites.

It works fine but you should inform your customers that there are other tube sizes besides medium available. I had to order a small size directly from Lixit so I asked myself why I ordered from you in the first place.

I consider myself to be mechanical but I could not make heads or tails of the poor directions for installing water bottle on a cage. I left it up to my husband to install and now we can't get the bottle off. The wire thing at the top that is supposed to raise up, does not rise up and so the bottle is stuck there. I don't know why these are supposed to be considered so good because right now it's just a pain in my rear. If that weren't bad enough, it also drips!! I prefer my old cheepie water bottle better than this thing.

Best water bottle

We currently rescued a baby squirrel and are weaning him off formula now. I needed a water bottle that he could not chew through any plastic parts. This one is very well made. All glass and metal parts and actually hangs on the outside of the cage with nozzle pointed in. I really like durability of it... my only issue is my little squirrel has not figured out how to use it yet. I figure that will come with time though.
